Dave Adornato is a professional freelance photographer based in Montclair, NJ. Dave has a B.A. in journalism and 15 years of professional newspaper experience. He has worked as a contributing photograher to The New York Times and as a staff photographer for several newspapers in Northern New Jersey, including The Record (Bergen Co., New Jersey), Herald News, The Courier News and the Jersey Journal. He currently works as a photo editor for The Record, where he helped to oversee the paper's award-winning coverage of 9/11.

Dave lives in Montclair, NJ with his wife, Amy, and daughter, Kate. When he's not taking pictures, he rides for a competetive cycling team.
